By accessing the VeeVee website (“Website”), installing the VeeVee browser extension (“Extension”), or using any features, tools, or subscription services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

• the Browser Extension,

• all subscription or paid plans,

• usage rules under US/EU law,

2. Nature of the Service

VeeVee provides tools that allow users to save, manage, and process publicly accessible media files available on websites they visit.

VeeVee:

• does not provide access to copyrighted, premium, subscriber-only, protected, or paywalled content;

• does not bypass DRM, encrypted streams, paywalls, login walls, or technical protection measures;

• acts solely as a neutral technical tool enabling actions the user already has legitimate access to perform;

3. User Responsibility & Legal Compliance

You agree that:

1. You will only save media you have legal rights to access.

2. You understand that some websites forbid downloading, and you are responsible for complying with their terms.

3. You may not use the Service to:

   • infringe any copyright or intellectual property rights;

   • redistribute copyrighted content;

   • save content that is not lawfully accessible to you;

   • circumvent DRM or technical protective measures;

   • violate the policies of Chrome Web Store, Opera Addons, or other marketplaces.

4. All actions performed with VeeVee are solely your responsibility.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

If you purchase a subscription through Stripe, you acknowledge that:

• you are paying for access to features and functionality, not for content;

• subscriptions do not grant access to copyrighted videos or any media files;

• the Service provides software capability only, not content distribution.

Refunds

Refunds follow Stripe’s general rules and applicable consumer protection laws.
VeeVee reserves the right to deny refunds for:

• misuse of the Service,

• attempts to download restricted or protected content,

• fraudulent or abusive activities.

5. Modal Consent (Installation Notice)

By installing the Extension, you consent that:

• VeeVee does not provide or host any media;

• VeeVee does not encourage downloading restricted or copyrighted content;

• detection of media may require starting video playback;

• some websites may block downloading entirely.

This section satisfies Chrome/Opera/Edge/Firefox Web Store consent requirements.

6. Extension Functionality

The Extension may require permission to:

• access tabs to detect HTML5 media;

• read page metadata to show file size, formats, and quality options;

• open a new tab to process and save the file.

These actions are standard for video tools and fully transparent to the user.

The Extension:

• does not collect personal data;

• does not track browsing history;

• does not interact with protected streams.

7. Third-Party Websites

VeeVee interacts with external sites but does not control or modify them.
You agree that:

• third-party website policies apply;

• VeeVee cannot guarantee compatibility;

• VeeVee is not responsible for any legal consequences of saving media from third-party platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and video content belong to their respective owners.
VeeVee does not claim ownership of third-party media.

The VeeVee software, design, and branding are protected by copyright and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

9. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

If you believe the Service unintentionally enables access to copyrighted material, please submit a DMCA notice to:
